Home Instead is a leading in-home care network with a global presence. And their services can be life changing for both seniors and their adult children. But the one thing holding many families back from finding this peace of mind is fear of starting that very first conversation.
During the holidays, families get together. This is when adult children notice their parents decline from the year before. It’s on their minds, but they put off having a talk about care for as long as possible by any means necessary. We needed a holiday campaign that would stand out and help encourage that first conversation. So we engaged a familiar face from the most beloved holiday movie of all time: Home Alone.
The campaign immediately struck a chord, garnering positive media coverage (including Ad Age’s list of the best holiday ads of 2025), social engagement and business. Home Instead reached their new-leads goals for the month in just four days.
